- The W3C Markup Validation Service
- A great tool for finding out if your (X)HTML code is valid.
- The W3C CSS Validation Service
- Does the same thing but for CSS. Not as important in my opinion (need to make invalid CSS sometimes for cool CSS3 effects or optimising for older browsers), but still useful.
- W3C Feed Validation Service, for Atom and RSS
- This one checks if your Atom/RSS feed is valid.
- reddit.com: what's new online!
- Though currently experiencing a huge influx of users, it's still a great social bookmarking site and place to have interesting conversations (if you're in the right subreddit).
- Newgrounds.com - Everything, By Everyone
- Excellent Flash Portal. The first and the best. I can't tell you how helpful this site has been for me as I've learned Flash. If you are interested in Flash animation or games, or want to make your own and have others view it, then please try out this site. A warning though: There is some 18+ content on the site. It should be clearly marked though.

- I don't know why, but I find T-Rex awesome and hilarious. Check out this webcomic.
